Yup – received some new picts from Troy today: Electrical installation and plumbing is nearly finished so we can progress with insulation and the inner walls. Looks like a lot of cables and pipes – I thought we would build just an easy going cottage 😉 Next week the building inspector will review everything and after that Troy will start with the walls.
Heard some news that Lot 1 was sold – seems that our little settlement makes some progress.
